You will gradually experience a mood change, from gloomy, low and hostile to a sense of satisfaction and positivity.
Sleep hygiene- Maintaining your sleep schedule, that is getting sleep for at least 7-8 hours every night can help your system recharge for the next day to carry on another day. While sleeping, the brain releases growth hormones that help one not only grow but also repair.
Sharing your feelings with someone you trust- It could give you a much needed relief letting someone trusted know what all you’ve been through and how you have been feeling. Letting a trusted person know about what you’ve been through, and how you’re feeling, can give you the much needed relief. It helps you gain another perspective.
Exercise– Daily exercise or any sort of physical movement is beneficial as it boosts up your mood by increasing brain chemicals known as endorphins (feel-good hormones) that can pump in more energy and make you feel better. You can start small by doing something you enjoy. Taking a walk, going for a run, doing regular chores at home, or dancing to some music of your choice.
